MWinkTRD’s Basically Stock 4Runner

Hey everyone! Got my Magnetic Grey 2023 TRD ORP back in November ‘22 and have loved the purchase. Since then I’ve made some mild changes along the way after doing some research on here as a guest. It’s my daily driver with 95% highway/city driving and 5% gravel/dirt roads so the OEM+ look is what I’m going for. Here’s a list of the mods/accessories:
- 1” Cornfed front leveling kit
- 265/70/17 Cooper Rugged Treks
- 20% tint all around w/ windshield strip
- N-Fab RKR rock rails
- Ark mud flap deletes
- Color matched TRD Pro grille
- LASFIT floor liners front and back
- Rubber seat back liners
- AVS low-profile window visors

A little Sunday afternoon drive after golf ☀️ Have had the 1” Cornfed leveling kit and the Cooper Rugged Treks on for a little over 2 weeks and almost 1k miles and love how it rides/looks. Only lost 1mpg compared to factory which is a plus too

 

Do those tires hum? I'm all for cranking the radio but we take a fair amount a road trips and while I can deal with the mpg drop, its the constant noise from the passenger seat if she deems them too loud that would keep me from pulling the trigger. Rig looks awesome!

 

Thanks man! They do have a little hum to them on smooth pavement at speed but the only time I hear them is if the radio is off. I've always ran M/Ts on other trucks and these are a lot quieter. I'd compare them to a Nitto Ridge Grappler noise wise since I've ridden in a few trucks that have those.

 

Finally got my color matched heritage grille in today from Thrashed Off-Road The finish is amazing and the MGM matches perfectly. If you don’t have a good local body shop and don’t mind waiting a month+, definitely go with them. Price is reasonable too. Here’s the best shots I could get after work and putting it on

Thanks man! If they didn’t mess mine up getting it to paint the first time it would’ve been around 3 weeks instead of 7 lol ordering it before Christmas didn’t help my case either

Something about a clean 4Runner close to 9 months and 10k miles with the Cornfed leveling kit and the Rugged Treks and I love it as a daily setup. It’s great on pavement with the occasional service road or light trail. Pretty content with how it sits for the time bein #memorialday

 

Some small things I’ve added to the 4R over the months. Next month will be 2 years of ownership and it’s been trouble free/a blast to drive so far
