This may be a stupid idea but it wouldn’t be my first. I have a Crestone and will get the half fairing if necessary. I have a chance to get a cheap Baja designs 40” arc or curved ONX6 bar. Will the curved look really janky? Are there other ways to mount on a Crestone? I’m not overly concerned with aerodynamics. Thanks

I am debating getting either the curved, or straight version of the ONX6 as well. I spoke with Baja Designs at Overland Expo and they said either would work just fine. They did recommend getting the dual control version, and running spot beam patterns on the two center sections and combo on the two outside sections of the light bar. They said this would blend and fill out the front lighting zones. I'll be interested to see what others experience has been.

Thanks Ody! It will work with the Sherpa Crestone but I want to anticipate any potential issue if poss. Sherpa has a rack mount for the ONX6. If I go that route I'll also need the 1/2 fairing. THe other option is to find a Baja Designs Onx6 Wildcat mounting bracket. They appear to be only offered in a kit and likely discontinued. But if I can find one it will allow me to mount it on top of the Sherpa crestone arm (vs on the side) and I can keep the full fairing. I don't mind if it has an impact on aero but whistling is what I def want to avoid. I have an email into Baja Designs asking for a lead on the Wildcat bracket. I'll keep you posted.
