Ironman 4x4 raid bumper and blindspot monitoring

Watched the install video and it says you lose BSM. Does anyone have this bumper installed and just left the BSM in and it works, or have you moved them with the victory 4x4 relocation brackets? I'm a fabricator by trade so I'm not paying 175 bucks for two steel relocation plates lol I'll just fab my own. But are the plates even necessary etc? This is on 23 ORP

I was told by the company that you lose the BSM. But another company that sells a similar bumper actually makes brackets that move the BSM up further into the rear fender and they work then. I haven't gotten a chance to install the bumper unfortunately. Honestly just haven't had the time. I'll update when I do. I'll be making my own brackets to move the BSM further up
