    I found this on my windshield from the previous owner, I thought it might be a remote start. Any thoughts on what it is or how to use it?

    That's what it looks like, or alarm, or both. The symbol on there is omega. Looks like there is a company called that, but I can't find that exact antenna. Your best bet is to look under the dash for the main module and get information off that.
