I managed to scratch the info screen on my 2024 ORP. I don’t know what I did but it was very much noticeable, especially in sunlight. I had a detail shop buff out the scratches and install a Xpel interior protection kit.
The entire process took 6 hours and cost $250. They couldn’t get every scratch out but I understood the circumstance. There is one scratch that still pops up when the sun hits it just right. Very difficult to capture on camera.
The screen looks completely different with the film installed. I swear it gives the illusion of higher resolution. Much deeper in color and depth!
The kit comes with upper dash and passenger side trim protection. The upper dash looks great and I recommend it. The passenger side trim has changed in look and feel drastically. I’m not sure how I feel about it. There are a couple small air bubbles and one edge coming up.
Idk what y’all will think about this.
Scratches are not the biggest deal for me but the screen looked that bad. I unfortunately forgot to take a before photo so you will have to trust me.

For $250, it had better be f-ing perfect.

Looks like a glossy finish on the trim above glove box. I have always used my knuckle to avoid scratches. But it’s just me touching the screen.

I don't mind scratches on the trim and wouldn't pay $250 to protect it. But I did want to protect my screen. Got this right after I did the headunit swap on my 2015 SR5P. Went with this. It comes with a protector for the gauge cluster as well but I never used it. Only cared about protecting my screen. I would've went the Amazon route but some of the reviews said the fit was questionable.
