I have a new (to me) 2023 T4R SR5, and I love it. I do find that it has the body roll and it dives when braking moderately, like everybody else. I do NOT want to lift it, as it will spend the vast majority of its time on streets, as well as occasionally on farm roads and logging trails. That's about as wild as this one is gonna get. Can anyone recommend suspension options that will ride as smoothly as it does now, but maybe eliminate some of that roll and dive? Would new aftermarket shocks do it? Shocks/springs/whatever from another trim level? Magic incantations? I'd appreciate all the input that would make sense, and thanks again to everybody here who's helped me get familiar with and improve my T4R experience!

You could upgrade your stock struts and shocks to something better. For a daily driver I'd go with the twin tube setup, but for higher performance and better handling and control offroad, the IMS monotube option would work out better. Those are also height adjustable on the front, so if you change your mind later, you can always add height.

These can be run with the stock coils front and rear.

Another popular choice would be Bilstein 5100's or Eibach Sport shocks on all four corners using your existing front springs. I've run both and prefer the Eibachs.

The sky is the limit here, most basic shock setups can be run at OEM ride heights and springs without much issue. It'll be hard to retain anytime resembling a pillowy ride while gaining composure, but I've never heard something like 5100's called harsh.
