Where is the JBL amp located on a 2015 4runner Ltd

Hello All. I am looking to upgrade my stock headunit with 2020+ JBL headunit and AMP. Could anyone share where exactly is the JBL AMP located?

 

Should be attached to the sub enclosure.

 

Thanks. Would you know how to access the sub? Is the side panel in the trunk removable? Or do I have to remove the 3rd row seats aswell?

If you have the the sub, it's in passenger rear corner with JBL emblem on it. I don't know if it comes with every system. It's pretty rare. When I was shopping, I had 54 choices. When I input JBL entertainment system in the filter, I had 3 choices. I think the 15 speaker system was/is expensive. Crutchfield has the 4runner sub with enclosure on website and it's $1600 by itself.
