    I’ve lurked here for a while. Always wanted a 4 runner for beach duty. Bought a 22 new and it’s just too nice to run in the salt. So I found a rust free 98 5 speed with a ton of miles that I got for cheap. I’ll run that on the beach for now. I’m throwing new parts at it as fast as I can. Just need to make it nice enough for the family to want to ride in it. I’ve learned that some replacement parts are pretty high quality and some are junk. It’s like any other hobby I guess. Looking forward to learning everything I can absorb from here. So far I’m having fun turning wrenches.
