HEADLIGHTS (low beam) not working on 2017 4runner Limited

I've checked the fuses, replaced the bulbs, checked the connection plugs & terminals.

I've not replaced the relay yet, but I haven't seen anything other than fuse & bulb replacement as a diagnosis.

The HI-beams and marker lights all work.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.

 

Sounds like you’re on the right track by using the process of elimination. Electrical problems are nerve racking, stay the course, you’ll get it. Also, thank you for your service to our great country and welcome aboard.

 

Unbelievably and now bashfully, I had a hunch to unplug the relay and put it back in, (not really sure if this helped, but it was a part of the soon to come resolve). Then! I had remembered that the new LED lights, had a "positive" and a "negative " + & - on them. What would be the chances that I plugged BOTH in the wrong way right, certainly since the stock bulbs didn't have a positive/negative pole? Well as I switched the first one I saw a flash and then checked and ILLUMINATION!, so I went to the other side and YES that one started to work as well.....OH BOY...It was a relief and also a lesson to calm myself and keep uning the thing behind my eyes and above my neck.
