2007 galactic grey 4runner SR5

Can’t seem to find a thread with an answer for this. Back window went down with fob but consul button doesn’t work and hatch lock is stuck. Planned to replace the lock but can’t get the window up.

Is there a way to trick the relay to get it up so I can replace the lock?
