Was wondering if anyone has experienced a noise coming from transfer case front drive line output. Noise sounds like a squeaking noise and is coming from the t-case. Noise does not start until you have driven the vehicle for 10+ miles. I have replaced the front drive line and u-joints. When I place the vehicle on a lift and put it in gear you can hear the noise coming from the transfer case right where the drive line connects. Drained and filled the oil and no metal was in it and the oil sample came back perfect.

Welcome! A while back I saw a thread with someone that replaced a seal behind the output flange on the transfer case. Perhaps could be your problem if you’re sure the sound is coming from the transfer case. Not sure if that would require splitting the case.
