    I am looking for new tires, front coils for 2 inch front lift and custom black wheels. What do you recommend keeping in mind this truck is driven by a teenage girl who never plans to off road. Thank you

    Generally, stock size wheels and tires will perform the best. You don't need new springs, just new struts with an adjustable spring perch.
