I have a sizeable leak in my transfer case, coming from what looks like a vent on the housing between the actuator and the transer case. I'll post a couple of pics.

I couldn't find any reference to it in the forums, anybody have advice for a cure?

That looks like the front diff and not the transfer case to me. Looks like someone replaced the actuator and may not have sealed it properly before bolting in back in,and my guess is leaking from the top bolts/mating surface. I would clean it off really good and pull the actuator out and reseal it with some decent rtv
