My 2011 SR5 Driver door and rear hatch window stopped working. I purchased a new window/lock control, plugged it in and still nothing. All other windows work including the rear hatch window with the key. Fuses seem to be ok. Any suggestions?

    The motors are probably dead.

If both of these things happened at the same time, I’d be suspicious of something other than the motors.

If it works with the key it’s the switch and not the motor.

Does the rear window go up/down using the key on the tailgate?
Does the rear wiper work? (same relay as window)

Yes, wiper works in the rear. window works with key. All locks work with the fob.

Driving me nuts! It might be the harness.

I wonder if these windows go through a body control module. Anybody know? I suspect it might, since I seem to recall having to reinitialize the windows after I had the battery disconnected a while.

Speaking of which, it might be worth disconnecting the battery for half an hour or so…

So you can open and close all the other door windows with the driver's door switch, with the exception of the driver front door window; the center console switch doesn't work to open the rear hatch window, but it opens with the key?

No. Driver control totally dead. So is rear window switch on console. All other door windows and passenger lock work fine. As well as rear hatch window only with the key.

    I’m really perplexed
Curious what the dealer said… this photo shows how on the master switch, it’s only the drivers window that’s not getting power.IMG_5895.jpg
