Hello, I have a 2023 4runner, few months ago I noticed an issue and I thought I imagined it but it just happened again, not often but once in a while when turning on the car the ac isn't blowing any air at all like it's dead, I just roll the knob to the off position and then back on and it works like it resets, have anyone experienced something like this? Is this any common issue? Only has 14k miles

In warranty, take it to the dealer and ask him to make it right. No need to do a DIY on such a new vehicle.
Could be a fuse, cut wire, loose connection anything.

Yes, I'm taking it to the dealer but to be honest I don't trust most of the technicians, unfortunately just a few know what to do, and on top of it this issue rarely happens so to replicate it is hard.

If it's electrical, that requires time and patience. You might even have to leave it for a few days with them to see if the problem shows up.
If you know a shop that you trust you can take it to them to help identify the problem and then take it to the dealer to repair it.

Unfortunately don't know a shop like that, but it's a good idea, the meaning of my question here is to see if it's a common issue

In my close to 200k miles, nope not with me.
Maybe there are others who will chip in with their experience.
