Rear Bumper crack repair

2007 4runner sport 4x4

Bilstein 5100 struts with .85" level

Had a little backup recently and cracked the rear bumper and dented the edge of the trunk. I have a new tail light coming in tomorrow, but I have no clue how to fix the cracks or dents. Please leave recommendations!

That’s tough…..you could try to repair it but I think it will just crack again…..my $.02 is to find a wrecked replacement or buy a aftermarket bumper and have it painted. I repainted a fender and bumper once, not too bad of a job……better the prep the better the results.
