    Yes, pretty sure I am at 3” for mine and it rides great.

    From the center of the hub on the front, I have about ~22-3/4" maybe a hair less.

    Is 20" verified as stock in the front?

    Thinking 2.6" circlip location is what I would need?

    Yes. 20" is what most people report as the stock front height.

    It looks like you have a 2 3/4" lift on the front then.

    If you want to maintain something closest to your current height, then setting the clips on the 2.6" location would be the call.
