After 3 years of ownership I finally found and cured the buzz/rattle in my center dash

    it drove me crazy at idle and at low speed acceleration. I have literally spent hours trying to find and fix it.

    FINALLY. it was the g'damn flip open cover of the USB charging port vibrating against the plastic overhang when open. I kid you not. Pure luck I was able to finally stumble across the cause of it.

    I find it hard to believe that others haven't run into this.

    Lol I wonder if this is what I hear too. I only ever noticed the buzzing after installing an aftermarket exhaust, never before did it do it haha. I call it the electric razor cuz that's exactly what it sounds like

    I use to have a faint rattling noise and it drove me crazy after 2 days so I decided to really pay attention. Turns out the transfer case knob had the small plastic tab broken. Removed the tab and that fixed it.
