Theyre okay. Curious why you didnt buy directly from SDHQ website?

 

R4T took my vehicle on a test drive after completing some work and it was totaled in an accident. R4T decided not to report it to their insurance company. Upon further investigation it became known that R4T doesn’t have insurance coverage for their employees to be driving customer vehicles. That’s right! They do NOT have insurance to cover their employees driving customer cars. The entire situation was/is a mess! It left me without a vehicle for over a month and had to involve my own insurance for an accident I wasn’t even a part of so I could recover damages. If you expect business owners to carry proper insurance, act like professionals who deal with their mistakes, (let alone be apologetic) then I would stay far away from R4T.
