CarPlay Adapters ‘16 Limited

So I’ve had my Limited now for a year and been on the fence on what to do regarding CarPlay integration. I am a OEM stock looking kinda guy and like the head units built a in maintenance tracker (call me lame).

Been doing research for a while, there is the Cartrimhome radios with fit and look sleek and OEM but I see issues on the fb group. Turn off.

Hate the look of the aftermarket radios like So y, JVC etc. so that’s out the window.

Stumbled on these CarPlay adapters to integrate through the OEM screen. May not be a 10” HD screen but it looks alright. Anyone have any luck? Feedback? I’ve read reviews and see mixed results.

Cartrimhome (carABC) has this unit for ~$180 but I see similar units on AliExpress for quite a bit less.. anyone try one of these? Same thing but a different name stuck on it or are there actual quality differences?

Thanks for the links! The newer head units look nice but pricey.

Ended up ordering the Cartrimhome CarPlay adapter which looks like the beatsonic for a 1/3 or the price. Will report back once I get it and have it installed. In know I won’t have retina style picture quality but I think this will do the trick for the time being and is somewhat cost effective.
