Italian food is truly something special. It's more than just pizza and pasta! The flavors in Italian dishes come from their fresh ingredients like olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and herbs. That's why so many people are hooked on Italian cuisine. There are plenty of Italian recipes that are simple to make yet taste amazing. Try dishes like risotto, gnocchi, or a classic Italian bruschetta. Homemade pesto and fresh mozzarella can elevate any meal to the next level.

If you’re looking to bring authentic Italian flavors into your own kitchen, check out www.mklibrary.com. They've got a bunch of awesome recipes and cooking tips that can help you whip up something delicious. Whether you want to impress at a dinner party or just make a quick and tasty meal for yourself, Italian food never disappoints.

I’m 3/4 Italian. My mom was 100% (northern Italian… I.e fish, risotto, polenta, etc not red sauce). My dad is 50%, his Italian side is southern/sicilian. Learned to make red sauce from my paternal grandma but turns out my polish wife cooks Italian even better than me :)

last fall we took a class at work on pasta making and I did it with the kids over the holidays… fun
