Transmission noise?

    Hello all! I’m new to this forum but I’d like some help on what this noise is. It sounds crunchy, and happens whenever I shift the car from park into drive or reverse. My transmission control solenoid went out so my 4Runner has been grounded for the time being, but I’ll go out to run the car a couple of times a week to ensure the battery doesn’t die and to make sure everything sounds like it’s working.
