I just replaced the water pump tensioner and timing belt. What a job that was. A few days later I noticed a very small leak somewhere around maybe behind the AC Compressor. For the life me I can’t remember what’s back there. I was hoping I just missed a hose clamp or something. Any tips or suggestions??

Check coolant bypass hose to throttle body. Also check the hose to water outlet connection (at thermostat). Reusing the pinch clamps can cause seepage there. Did you replace the o-rings that came with the water pump? Those usually leak on the passenger side, though. How thoroughly did you clean out the FIPG (rtv)groove on the water outlet? You didn't use a paper gasket there did you? (Hope not) Hopefully you didn't use a cheap water pump with a paper gasket. No paper gaskets should be used on any part of that job.

I’ll check those hoses for sure. I used all Toyota parts. Pretty positive I cleaned all the services great and yes new orings and a RTV for the thermostat housing.
