    Yep, except this one gets an automatic.

    Sort of funny as it is the reverse of the Supra. Only auto first, then a manual came, but with this manual only, then an auto came.

    Well, I can tell you the auto has a "belt" transmission of some sort. Its been holding up got 200 thousand miles and going strong.

    I think the GR Corolla will have an 8-speed automatic, not a CVT. I don’t think current CVTs can handle a lot of power/torque.
