tundra struts custom bumper with 12k winch, 285's, aftermarket sound system, LED lights interior and exterior
I have a 98 4 runner, sr5, with 366k on the clock. Motor runs flawlessly, the main issues I am having are suspension issues. I am trying to set it up for some mild to moderate wheeling and occasionally hit the mud holes, I know Mud tears stuff up quick but it's fun!

So Far I have put on Moog front struts for a 2000 tundra, kyb gas adjust shocks in the rear, new ubj's and sway bar end links all around. I built a heavy duty front bumper out of 5/16" on the center chunk and 1/4" for the out sides, it is getting a 12k winch, just have to cut the holes for it. and I am building rear bumper, and custom skid plates myself.

Where I want to end up, well for now it's my daily driver, 70 mile round trip daily, so not going to full extreme of sas yet but I would like to be able to run 305/70r16s and I don't care if I need to do some major trimming to get there. Eventually I want it to be sas with 37's if not 40's on ford 1 ton axles, like dana 60 front and rear.

The craziest thing about my runner is even with 365k on it, and that is true driven miles, everything still works, cruise sunroof, rear window AC, everything except that damn clock, which I replaced with a voltmeter so I can keep an eye on the charging system with the crazier system I have in it. any way tell me what you think about the bumper, I have more picks of the bumper build up. But even if I do say so myself that bumper looks just as good as any that are for sale on the web, and the winch will be hidden behind it

Oh and if you look closely at the passenger side pic, you'll see my custom built lower link mount. when I bout the truck, in the dark, Horrible idea, I didn't notice that someone had tried to repair the rusted out frame section that included the lower link mount. They had used 3 pieces of angle iron, one on either side on the top and the only one on the outside of the frame on the bottom, they bolted the top 2 together and then buble gum welded the bottom one to the outer top one, with a 2 inch weld, then weld this u shaped piece of cast iron to the bottom piece of angle for the link mount. this sh*tty type of jerry rigging almost killed me as it broke on the drive home from picking it up! I ended up having to cut out about 2 foot of frame rail on the outside and 3 foot on the inside and patched it with 1/4 plate and made my own link mount that was copied from the drivers side one, but made from 10 ga sheet instead of 14 or 16 like the factory.
