been looking at several videos changing the plugs. see that the sai valves need to be removed along with other plumbing. looked under the hood yesterday and see that i have none of that equipment. my car is a 2012 v6 California car. finally saw a video from a guy in the south that has a setup exactly like mine. I am very happy that my plug job will be so simple but wonder why all those parts are not on my engine?

I think the secondary air injection was added in 2014 to the Runner but I could be wrong on the year.
