Fuel system problems... again!

    Recently my fuel pump went out. When the tank was down I noticed rust and trash in the tank. I cleaned it best I could and relined it with Red Kote. New fuel pump and fuel filter and a few weeks later. It's down for the count again. What now?!

    Tacoma whip, 99 console box, tru trac., steering wheel, PWMS and HVAC control out of a 99.
    what pump did you use, airtex/wells, and spectra are known for being garbage.
