They're illegal. And stupid. But you could try AutoZone, where they sell all of the other needless stupid shit for cars.

Being OP's 2nd post, and so he doesn't get the wrong idea right out of the gate, Welcome aboard. Great forum, lots of helpful advice/people here.

But, yeah, I'll go with Catbrown357's sentiments on your question.

Look into vinyl tint wrap that is translucent, still need light to pass through for night driving, but a smoked tint wrap may be the best route

    Mall crawling kit.
The main purpose of headlights is to illuminate, any kind of tint would reduce illumination.

I think lowering your 4Runner is less stupid than tinting headlights.

    Welcome @Tuck14

Instead of tinting your headlights (which makes it harder for you to see, and harder for other drivers to see you, aka dangerous) look into aftermarket housings like Morimoto and Alpharex. Those will more safely get you the look you want than tinting.

    Oooh look, another mod.....

This is what I was going to recommend too:

Tinting your head lights in any ways is dangerous. But if you go the aftermarket route, they have a great solution, and it doesn't block the headlight/bulbs at all.
