So admittedly this is a 2019 Tacoma problem, but figured I'd ask here instead of creating a separate website account for a Tacoma place.

Short of the story is if the brake pedal is pressed, lights freak out. All outside lights and the navigation screen goes to dark mode and the gauge cluster illuminates. All of these things flash with an audible electrical clicking sound. Does this when truck is fully turned off as well as when it's running. I have not had it happen while the lights are fully on with truck running.

Battery has been replaced and did not solve the issue. It's gotten worse over the past day or so.

Any ideas on what could be happening? In the middle of moving houses and a truck would be nice without risking being stranded somewhere. I have an appointment with the dealership Wednesday morning but would like to not spend their diagnostic fees if I can fix it simply before then.

I would check a few things.

First, ensure that battery terminals are clean and tight. Actually physically disconnect, clean, and tighten the terminals. Many people visually inspect and assume it's good.

Second, check the tail lights. Are they aftermarket? If they are check all the wiring, bulbs, etc. If possible throw a set of OEM tail lights on there to see if you've got a bad ground/short or something going on.

Check all fuses in the dash and under the hood. While usually fuses are and on/off kinda thing, a burnt fuse could be doing some weirdness.

Those would be the first simple things I'd look at.

The terminals were corroded and battery was replaced. Everything was disconnected, cleaned, and tightened with the battery replacement.

Tail lights are OEM, headlights are aftermarket though.

Will go through fuses and bulbs today I guess.

None. Bone Stock. EXCEPT: Brushguard, tow hitch, both welded to the frame. It's good to have friends and a fully equipped garage!
Each brake light bucket has a ground point specific to it. They can corrode up pretty badly, being exposed to the external environment. Which can cause all KINDS of weird problems to occur throughout the lighting system. Something to check on...
