They only drill one small 1/4" like hole in the inner edge of each door and add a plastic plug. You don't even know it's there unless you look for it. Just looks like a factory fitting.

I've had mine done twice, first time at about 250 miles and then a year later. They used the black WoolWax, so it's easy to see on Classic Silver whether anything was amiss. The first time there were a couple stray smudges and some excess on a few places, such as the edge of the wheel wells and the passenger doors. Those all wiped right off. The exterior was spotless the second time. They must mask the exterior, considering how much they get on the frame rails.

Going in for my third Krown treatment next month. Will take photos again like the last two times.

Thanks for the info. If I would have it done again I just don’t want that over spray onto my vehicle since it has PPF and some stuff wrapped I think who ever does it should not have a problem to cover my vehicle since I already have the plastic cover for it. I purchased it thru Griots garage where I get my car stuff.

I live in a rural area and have two undercoat places about 30+ miles away in different directions, one quoted me $900 and the other $170. Both said they use fluid film, but the $900 one said they take off light fixtures to spray behind and every possible place. I’ll probably go to the $170 place. 2023 OR runner in northern Michigan.
