    Does the coil spring spacer ARB OME150PR10 fit the 5th Gen 4runner? I’m getting conflicting fitment on various websites. Thank you!

    Yes it does. It's made for the Prado 150 platform, which is the 5th gen

    This does also, it's a little taller, 15mm instead of 10mm thick

    Thank you. Regarding the Dobinsons IMS system. While on jacks, can you make minor adjustments on the ride height with the strut on the truck? Thank you.

    It's not advisable, as you've got aluminum threaded collars on a steel body, and there's a chance to strip the threads if the spring tension isn't removed. The best way to do it on the vehicle is loosen the top strut nut so that the spring tension comes off some extra, have the suspension at full droop, then attempt it if you really want to, but even then, there will still be tension on the mount and it's physically difficult to turn.
