Sound coming from engine

    1998 toyota 4runner limited 3.4 v6 automatic
    My truck is a 98 4Runner 3.4L. It started making this kind of clicking/ gurgling sound the other day. Kinda sounds like it's coming from the top around the manifold area but it's hard to tell exactly. You can clearly hear it in the video though. Any advice on the cause is appreciated. Thanks.
