Hello I have 98 4Runner 2.7 having some rough idle and feels like it misfire when I’m rolling.
I haven’t check the spark plugs or throttle body yet but I did clean the MAF. I also read the codes and no codes at all. I believe this happening because of the heat since it so hot where I live. It’s about 110+ lately. If you have any ideas on what to do please feel free to tell me.

Your MAF air flow rate seems a tad high. Other posts regarding the MAF air flow seems to show about ~3.6g/sec. However your idle seems a tiny bit high too...I think it should be closer to 700-800. You're also running a tad rich but the fuel trims are really decent for this vehicle's age.

Not sure where to look first but definitely replace the plugs and wires with OEM. I get misses when accelerating or under power when I have old worn plugs.

I put new sparks plugs, clean throttle body with new gasket, egr is cleaned with new gasket, new pvc valve, and manifold is clean with new gasket. Hopefully tomorrow when it’s hot it’ll be improved. I also felt a better response when I drove around and I can now hear the intake suck in air which is a plus.
