Power Steering Hose

Got my first car which was a 2003 SR5 4runner it’s a V8, there’s this hose leaking but I don’t know the name of it was wondering if anyone could help get the specific name of it and how to repair it? It’s leaking from the rubber where the previous owner put a screw hose clamp on it, he said that the original clip was also leaking. It’s in front of the radiator and goes into the wheel well.
