Front seat covers recommendation. Amazon?

Anyone had good luck purchasing front seat covers via Amazon? I just returned a pair. Man, it was it tough to find a place to secure the front metal clips on the bottom side of the seats!

Doesn't have to be fancy, just functional.

 

You'll get as many different opinions on seat covers as tires, I'm afraid. I went with CalTrend SportsTex. Going on 5 years, still in great shape.

 

costco sells them. they are bad too, and no clipping front. and slide on the side. but protect and cheap. but may be no need at all. when the seating cover part gets ruined, it is a replaceable part, not like the back cover.

 

I finally settled on a pair of seat covers from Amazon. "Dreamania Waterproof Seat Covers" $31.49 a pair. No having to loosen the seat bolts to install. Easy to secure, Fit is nice, little nubs on the bottom side so they
don't slide around when I haul my butt in and out. Try them out with free returns if you are Amazon Prime. I am very happy with my choice so far. And my wife likes them! Hell, that's 90% of the battle!
Nothing fancy, just gets the job done and saves money to buy additional crap for your 4Runner!

 

Just got these. Great fit, super comfy and supportive, and amazing quality. Just know if you have seat warmers that you pretty much won’t feel them after you install these.

I'm very impressed by katskinz seat covers I saw at the dealership. It was just like factory. They not only had front seat heater, they had rear seat heating too. When I share it one of the members shared their website and I was shocked to see the amount of options they have.

I'm running KTJO4x4 seat covers P/N TY4R-SEATCOVERS-5G-BKRD. Installation went pretty quickly once I saw the video guide. Fitment is decent, owing to the material being not as flexible as neoprene in the Wet Okoles I'm used to in my Tacoma. At only $125 though for both rows it's nonetheless a tremendous value:

 

These are not at all stylish, but they're cheap and durable. I've had these on my front seats for 4 years now, they've held up great. I accidentally spilled a coffee on the passenger seat, can confirm they're water resistant if you clean up quickly.

I originally bought them for when I get muddy/dirty/sweaty from mountain biking or whatever, I figured they were cheap enough till I found "good" covers, but these have worked out fine so I kept them.

Power seat controls work fine through them, and since they don't cover the sides, they won't mess with seat airbags.

On a recommendation from here on the board, I bought some from this company in the ballistic Sport fabric. My wife and I are very satisfied with them. Installation was easier once I found a video.
