Boy those tacos are a little easier to change the oil. I remember the rock cover on my 1992 being little easier to drop out and in. That oil is so thin, it's hard to read the dip stick line. Anyhow, I heard that dealers are paying a premium for 2024 4runners right now. Evidently the supply chain is thinning out.

I was just talking to a tech at a dealer and he said some of the cars now have oil so thin that it almost runs like water.

I changed the oil on the wife’s 4 runner this weekend and it is extremely difficult to get a good read on the dip stick with fresh oil. I carefully added the amount I thought was needed but made sure not to overfill it. It darkens up over time but too much oil is just as bad if not worse than not enough.
