I just got the TRD pro grill from trail runner customs and it didn’t come with instructions. Where does this go? I know it’s for a fuse but not sure how it fits in.

Does it have the "raptor" lights on it? Could be for those if it does.

Yeah it did and that’s what it’s for I just didn’t know how to connect it but I think I figured it out! I plugged it into one of the headlight fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. Thanks!

I have a 5th gen myself so I can't speak to the 4th gen specifically, but in my experience, that add a tap that comes with it doesn't fit in the fuse box because it doesn't allow the lid to close - maybe you can modify this?

So I took out my volt meter and found an ignition on fuse at the fuse box in the cab and put it there. The lid also doesn't go on now but I don't care.

This method you need to run a wire out the cab so the other method is far more easy and I think what you should so.

OR - plug that add-a-fuse into a fuse slot in the fuse box under the hood. see if the lid will close. If it does you could go this route, however it still wont close because that wire needs to come out, so you would need to drill a hole in the side of the fuse box and put the wire through.

so again, the first method is the easiest.
