    Hi everybody,
New at the forum and in the 4runner world.
I recently changed tires to my 2021 4Runner (KO 3's 265/70r17) and I want to change wheels. I have a couple of options I'm liking that I know will work and there will be no rubbing.

Every shop I went they said go to Wheelpros.com and see what works in your car.
Here is where the confusion starts.

There are a couple KMC and Black Rhino's that are 17x8.5 with 00 offset that I'm certain won't rub and that I'm digging.
Also some Black Rhino's that are 17x9 00 offset that I think will be fine. Also liking.
I'm loving (looks) some Black Rhino's that are 17x8.5 but -10 offset.
Wheelspros.com is saying I should be fine. Would I encounter any issues?

I won't be doing tons of off roading to be honest.

If I had to choose in terms of look (also mostly driving in the city with some exceptions)
My favorites are the BR 17x8.5 -10offset.
    I'm liking the others also.
Should I keep the offset at 0?

    Please help a newbie out!
    Thanks!

17x8.5 -10 isn't really much more aggressive than the 0 offset option.

The wheel will only poke out .4" more than the 0 offset.

This was my setup with a 3" lift, 285/70/17s wrapped around 17x8.5 -12
I had to remove the front mudflaps. But didn't need a body mount chop. YMMV

I've changed the setup quite a bit since these photos were taken:

    RR6-H -12 (4).jpg

^This is a good example of why I changed the setup since then. I wanted a little more tire poke.

Without a lift a -10 offset should look pretty good and should require very little modification especially with 265/70/17s.

IMO once you go with a 2.5" or 3" lift tires start looking small. I off road often enough to justify stepping up a size... so I made the jump to 34's, added spidertrax spacers, aggressive BMC, clearance cut the front bumper. The rig is much more capable off road now. If you're interested to read about what that took I'll post a link here.
