Did you test these out as a high beam at all? just curious if they're a good DRL and high beam bulb. The amber lights look good together!

 

I did, but they aren't so good for bright lights tbh. But having said that, I rarely use bright light. I live 5 mins from work and most I use is fog and low beams.

 

Ordered the Baja Designs S2 Pro's to run as ditch lights along with the low profile brackets and an OEM looking switch.
Does anyone else run this combo?

I’m pretty sure I’ve seen dudes running these ditch lights, put those key words in the Search feature they’ll pop up. Goodluck!
(from experience, may I recommend ditch light mounting bracket extensions that bolt to your low pro hood mounts. I even used nylon spacers to raise pod height. the light beam will hit a lot of your hood and quarter panel.)

Funny thing hearing you guys discuss the Pro cult. Reminds me of my new TRD Pro computer mouse.

 

An evening and a day, mostly under the car
Replaced needle bearing with the ECGS bushing.
(2019, around 45k miles, but the needle bearing was getting louder and louder)

Oil changes:
- both differentials
- transfer case
- engine

So i practiced draining the oil 4 times, each time with a mess.
But I'm learning.

Just finished doing the Infinity dash speaker swap, wow what a difference in sound. Will probably end up swapping out the door speakers in the near future as well, those Infinity’s are nice.

 

I found a used tire (Nitto A/T Terra Grappler G2 265/70R17) to match my existing 4 tires with 10/32 tread and a similar DOT date. Had it mounted with a TPMS sensor on a matching rim for my spare tire. This allows me to rotate my spare in with the other four tires every 5K miles. Now I have to see what it takes to get the TPMS sensor to be recognized as a 5th sensor.

did you buy a Toyota TPMS sensor to mount in the spare?

If you use Discount Tire...they got all my TPMS sensors to work on my other Toyota
no charge, just bought the tires there

 

I've been looking at these as possible Chase lights to mount on the Crestone rack. Does anyone think they would be too bright?
