Different trunk plastic on different trims?

    This piece off the passenger side trunk plastic is intented to hold stuff kind of like a basket. However it is removable which is clearly not to service the inverter underneath because you can only remove the basket piece with screws accessible once you remove the entire cargo bay plastic.

    This makes me thing toyota has different ones which are interchangeable.

    Does anyone know if Toyota has one of these for a teim that sits flush and is not intended down?

    I'm going to say no. Even the turd row models have in indentation but the whole panel is different.

    No, some trims have different sizes and shapes. i bought like a protective liner kit for my 4 Runner limited and the 3rd row stuff did not fit at all. Only the 4 doors and some pieces on the centre console fitted.

    ok that makes sense then to have the insert. It's a different material and rubberized to hold stuff together better as well as thicker and more rugged than the whole plastic panel.... which gets used with different plastic panels. The indented piece is the common denominator.
