There’s an event up here in Chetek coming up shortly (Feb 17) at Apple Valley Farms. They’re only open a few times a year and this is one of them.

Haven't heard of it before, too bad we may not have any snow. Have to conduct 1/2 worn out tire snow test some other time.

Finally had time to install the 12 year-old, re-coated ARB alloy roof rack from my 08 4R on my 23. Should be good for another decade or more. That’s the hope anyway. The folks at ARB were kind enough to send replacement decals. Incidentally, radiator in the 08 sprung a slight leak

Nice! My Mom is near Menomonie. I might have to check that out the next time I'm up there.

 

Looking for some recommendations. I am looking to get some sort of dash mount. It’s a toss up between the ICS FAB or Rago Fabrication. Or possible other mounts. If anyone has suggestions or experience with either? It would be much appreciated.

 

I think @Stoney Ranger had recently ordered something like this. But, I don't recall the details. Hopefully he can fill you in.

 

The Taco Garage Dash Multi Mount. I had wanted a dash mount, but I hated the "shelf look". I found this. I love it. The balls come off with an allen screw through the center of the ball stem. You will need to buy the phone mount adapter separately. The back of the phone mount uses a smaller ball than the dash balls. Buy your own phone mount. TG mount is not very adjustable. I forget how many balls come with the unit. I bought extra to fill the spaces. Total of 4 balls. Watch some vids on how to take the dash apart so you can install the DMM. I'm not very mechanically inclined, but I did this in 45 mins. The mounting arms are from Ram.

Thank you that’s rad, I’ll check that out. Yeah I’ve been waiting since I like the mounting options for the ics fab. But it sits so high, I was sure I would like that. So I was leaning towards the Rago, since it’s more flush.

 

Anyone looking to get rid of some side steps? Prefer OEM trail or OG "U" steps. LMK.
