Why won't it start

Automatic to a standard

So just put in new engine and wiring harnesses but it won't start has spark in 5 and 6 but that's all its a 2001 4runner 3.4

Seems like you answered your own question. So the new question is why is there no spark to 1-4? Have you tried switching those coils over to 5-6?
