3.4l v6 weird noise

So I just got back from a trip to California, and when I got back everything sounded great. Engine was running strong as it should be. Halfway through my drive to school the next day it started making the noise in the video above. It started fine and made it the first half of the drive great. It smelled like a belt was rubbing wrong at first but the noise just got worse.
If anyone knows what the issue is, what it would cost to fix, or any other info, any help is appreciated.

 

kind of sounds like it's pushing air of some sort. check all you vacuum hose connections. is the fan physically hitting something? or maybe an exhaust leak. Those are really just guesses

 

spark plug popped out, either the threads pulled, or it backed out. By the sound on the video would say passenger side.
