During a break inspection I noticed both sway bar link bushings are long gone. OEM are pricey at nearly $80/each. Any other aftermarket brands that are decent?

It depends how much longer you're planning on keeping your vehicle. Your originals lasted 13 years. I've seen some aftermarket ones shot after a year or two. OEM: Buy once, cry once.

At least a few years. If the aftermarkets only last a couple OEM may be worth it.

I bought two TRW on clearance at $10 each: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=13898213&cc=1445180&pt=7580&jsn=888

TRW is part of ZF now (the transmission company). Guys in my off-road club had good experience with TRW ball joints.

^My fronts are 4 month-old OEM hand-me-downs from my Tacoma.
