Electric Steering Lock Assembly

    I have been having a very intermittent problem wih my 2002 Sr5, Sometimes it will not start. I have narrowed it down to a problem with the steering wheel lock assy. Sometimes it does not lock wich causes a no start condition. If I move the wheel back and forth several times, I can get it to lock and it will start. The OEM lock assy is over $400 but I noticed that some of the parts of the lock assy can be ordered separately and hopefully may not have to order the whole thing. So I am wondering if anyone here had an issue like this and if so what parts were required to fix it ?
