It depends where that happened. In some cities, he probably got processed and released without bail.

I was trying to figure out what it was. I could tell it wasn't a 4Runner but that's about as far as I could get.

 

That guy got shot in the face by that officers partner.

Processed for what? It was his sister and they haven’t seen each other in a while. He was hugging her he was so happy to see her.

 

And, according to another post he was shot in the face by the partner of the cop in the picture. So, who knows what's really going on?

 

Exactly my point. I was being sarcastic as a picture can be interpreted in many ways. I’m sure what I said happened didn’t happen but used the absurd to illustrate that point.

 

I thought he just pulled her out of the way of a speeding passing car.

 

So, I shouldn't respond based on the information I read, because it's possible that information was inaccurate?

 

I had just watched this on YouTube, body cam vids.

The guy was camping, dont remember why he was pulled over.
Female officer asked if he had anything on him, he said no, she went to pat him down for her safety and found a gun in his waistband and the struggle for the gun was ON.

Then the guy got shot and went to the hospital.

I can't find the video now so maybe it was all just a dream i had.

yeah that dude got shot and so he wont be responding any further. Dont grab a cops gun folks…

 

Reading the article, he had a pretty serious criminal history, including possession of pipe bombs. Not sure dumb best describes him. Maybe just evil.
