What is that clear cigar thing connected to the battery? 1:53 into video

    I now know it is an inline fuse holder under the hood next to the battery. It has nothing to do with the factory head unit and factory amp in the car now. The previous owner must have had an aftermarket unit and had the inline fuse holder for his upgraded after market stereo, etc. He cut the wires on the inline fuse holder, I guess took out his fancy unit and put back in the 4runner the oem head unit and oem amp. I have power, just no sound. What could it be? What could the previous owner have done when taking out his after market unit? What did he not hook back up so I would have sound? HELP please. I am sure it is simple however not for me. I can't ask the person because I bought it from someone else who said the same thing. The radio has no sound and they did not know why either. I don't know the guy who had it before him. I just no there is no sound with the factory radio and amp. Powers up, no sound.

    Exactly at 1:53 the creator states "#1 a blown fuse"

    Maybe its a fuse? lol

    The clear thing is a fuse holder to be specific, the fuse goes inside it.
