    Hello,

I am looking forward to learning from this community. I recently became a former Tacoma owner. Here is my Taco, murdered by a mini-van.

I am looking for a low miles 5th gen 4runner OR, pref w/ KDSS. Maybe blue (match my Taco), green or cement. If anyone is inclined, I would be very grateful for a lead. I'm in SoCal. Best.

Welcome from Wisconsin! That sucks about your truck, main thing is you're OK? There are actually a bunch of 4Runners out there for you. I don't know of any off-hand, but if you seek, you shall find. Good luck.

The Taco got crunched. RIP. Glad you're ok. I'd recommend renting a 4runner you want to buy. I work out of state alot and drove a few 4runners from rental places before I finally bankrupted myself lol.

Many thanks! Got hit on the passenger side, rear door. The rock rails took the initial impact (terrific!), but then the wedge of the minivan flipped us (my wife was in the passenger seat) and threw us about 30 feet out of the intersection. We were both hurt but not too bad. Toyotas save lives.

I want the greater flexibility of the SUV. I can sleep in the back and also put diving gear in there. The rear seats are also more usable by adults.

Super glad you're ok. Might want to say and extra Sunday prayer after that!!!
I have a 20 Tacoma Pro and really like it - hope I can keep it for many more years. That being said, I also have a 23 4Runner Pro and absolutely LOVE it. The MPG sucks, but almost all of the rest of the vehicle is quite a step up from the Tacoma.
Before you decide on exactly what you're after, keep prowling here and I would suggest your decision be based on what your plans are. Most people seem to dislike the KDSS if there are any planned suspension mods in the future.
Also, you're probably aware that the next MY 4Runner is a re-design - motor, body, etc. 2024 will be the last V6, tried and true, dinosaur of a 4Runner with near bullet-proof, PROVEN reliability.
