    Finally starting to upgrade/add lighting to the rig. Lots of research about adding a panel and I’m stuck.

    I’m considering Switch-Pro or Auxbeam. The problem is that after lots of looking I can’t figure out why I shouldn’t go with Auxbeam. I don’t need to pay lots extra for the prestige of Switch-Pro unless there is a CLEAR advantage.

    Any help on the subject would be appreciated!

    I went through the same thought experiment several months back. I bought the mictuning version. I figured it would be easy to replace with a Switch Pro if/when it fails. The ~$100 price tag made the choice easy. If it were a race car or pre-runner, then I would argue the more durable version is required. I think for most overlanders, the cheaper versions should be just fine.

    Personally I feel like the Auxbeam is just the cheap copy. I will be going SP when I need it.
