My battery died and I attempted a jump start with battery charger resulting in blowing the 120A fuse plus a few others. Installed new battery, checked and replaced blown fuses (used a Littelfuse 120APAL - not Toyota's brand) car started fine and accelerated without hesitation. Turned off ignition, returned covers, etc and restarted engine. Started fine but no acceleration, check engine light on. Detached the neg on battery and drained reset the PCM (by turning ignition on, step gas and step brake.) Started again and idled fine, left running, no chk engine. Drove car, (turned it around in event I would need a tow) and turned off. Restart same as before, no acceleration, check engine light on. I recently replaced the Upstream O2 sensor and car was running like new. Checked alternator and it is supplying 14.3v to battery (12.6 when off) when unit is running. Someone suggested the MAF sensor. Seems unlikely this would coincidentally fail with battery - I can't figure out what fuse might control it. Any insight on might be causing this?

Thanks for reply. Took vehicle to mechanic. Told the PCM was toast, had to be replaced. Asked him to seek out a used/refurbished since new would be worth more than SUV. What should the going rate be if done by a indie shop?
